1. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world .

2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free economy shipping on all orders over US$49* (exclusions apply to certain countries). Otherwise, it costs US$4.99 for orders under US$49.

*Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to remote areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands. Additional shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for these locations. For certain countries in international orders, such as Qatar and Saudi Arabia, we apply a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders to cover increased overseas shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and are always working to keep our rates as low as possible!

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually, the order is processed within 1-3 business days, but it may be delayed during certain holidays. We will do our best to process the order as soon as possible.

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Standard Shipping Time: 5-18 business days

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en or the shipping carriers' official websites. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@fidgeverse.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
